There is a 7 days return policy on defective products. You may request for an exchange or a refund if the item delivered is deemed to be defective within 7 days from the date of delivery. Note that this does not apply for non-defective products. 

The product must be shown to be defective and not due to your negligence, and the product has to be returned back before the exchange or refund process. Product returned has to be in original condition and not missing any parts, example, original packaging.
